To alleviate construction impacts while the new La Fonda Bridge is being built, the RTC is funding transportation options for students attending DeLaveaga Elementary and Harbor High schools. Programs include CarpooltoSchool, Boltage, new pathways along Rooney Street and between Park Way and La Fonda Avenues, a new crossing guard, YO!
